Buying Obby Mauler or AGS Pure

Hey guys title says it all pretty much, i just lost both of my accounts this morning which really really sucks figuring i hand trained everything except for one skill but i got what was coming to me...

Anyways im looking for either 1 of the two accounts and here are the requirements:

Obby Mauler Req's:
Attack can be either 1 or 16 if 16 obviously has to be quested.
Strength im looking for 90+ but will accept 85
Def 1
Range: Doesnt matter too much
Mage: ^
Prayer: Would greatly prefer 1 but its not too big of a deal
Quests: Some of the quests id prefer to have done would be the standard: mith gloves, climbing boots and god books ( RFD,Death Plateau, Horror From the Deep)

AGS Req's:
Attack: 75 obviously but i dont want any higher, might consider some failed acc's at 76 or something
Strength: At least 85+
Range: 90+
Def: 1 Once again might take some failed acc's with defence
Prayer: doesnt matter too much would like to be 43 44 for firecape (if you already have fc thats a major bonus)
Mage: doesnt matter
Quests: there are too many too list
