Hi! I'm looking to buy a F2P account designed for F2P pking, just for some fun.

MUST be as close to these as possible:
-No higher than 40 attack
-No lower than 80 strength
-No lower than 80 ranged
-No higher than 1 defense
-No higher than 1-31 prayer

I don't want it all quested and shit, because I'm looking for a simple F2P pk'er that I don't have to pay a premium for because it has quests done; I don't need the quests.
