What should i make to 99? I dont want to spend more then like 50m for those levels but will if i have too.

From 84-99 you need to make 70,759 super restore potions

70,759 snapdragons will cost you 536,140,943

70,759 vial of waters will cost you 424,554

Total price will come up to 540,244,965

Super restore (3) costs 7,181 per vial, so that means 70,759 super restore (3) will cost 508,120,379

Deduct that from the price of the materials and you're left with 32,124,586

84-99 will cost you 32m using this method.
