Enviis high pardon #3

Haven't been on this site since 2013/2014.
Been denied 2 high pardons without proper reasoning and had re-funded the user that had been scammed back in 2013 in the following week and can be verified with the thread he made which is located on my high pardon from 2013.

Please take into account that I am not here to scam people and just wish to get back into the forums community, I have been in-active for long enough and have already paid back what I owed back in 2013.

I hope you fellow sythe members can try realize that I have changed and don't want to leave this community. I hope I can get un-banned and I hope you can understand the state I was In at the moment. I am sorry for the nuisance I have called to all the staff for this Pardon.

I do hope you consider me back into the community as I am not here to scam anybody and this is my 3rd time requesting a high pardon , I really do wish to rejoin here. My last high pardon was in 2013.
