Quitting and selling my account of many years!

Upon purchase the buyer will receive:
Login info
Security questions and answers
Email change (not quite sure how to do this, but we'll figure it out)
The previous password (only had to change pw once because someone from china tried to log in)
Previous usernames
Assistance and free repossession should the account ever be locked

I understand it is difficult to trade with someone who's somewhat new to the forum so I will get an OMM (with some of the money on the account of course) once there is a good bid.
The buyer can get the OMM if they want all of the cash on the account. That means the final account trade WILL have slightly less cash due to the OMM
