    Need a sythe seller unbanned.
    Earlier this week I went to purchase rsgp off the user name (44wr ). I sent him money and refused to deliver the items i bought because he never received a payment. It just so happened that his paypal was screwed up so it never got through to him. I am giving you permission to unban 44wr sythe account. I did receive the items the following day.
