Anyone use Sprint cell phone company? need help with unlock

I'm trying to SIM unlock an HTC one on sprint. Everything I do is not working. I literally cannot get it to unlock using the root and adm client or whatever it is. So, does anyone use sprint carrier and can request it to be carrier unlocked? I need to use it for cricket wireless and or ultra mobile. Thanks
