    I'll have a go at compiling it under Ubuntu, if it works (It most likely will, as it's just a console app right?) I'll test it out for you. Plus, I'm interested in seeing how you coded this.

    It looks very interesting. Good job.

    Haha, yeah I realised that when I looked at the source. No worries though, it's still a pretty cool project.

    I was considering trying to make one of these for a programming contest, but school work got the better of me and I didn't have time.

    You could make it cross platform using GTK+ pretty easily, or any of the other multi-platform GUI libraries. Or you could make the hole project into an actual Sudoku game, and have your soduko solver there for when the person isn't able to solve it. It'd be a challenge, but pretty cool.

    Anyway, again, nice work on this. Top notch effort, old been! or something like that...

    Why do you use Ubuntu? Switch to openSUSE!

    Tell me if you think that Ubuntu is better than openSUSE, and why.
