cstaples94 scammed me for 90$

I must admit, this guy got me with my pants down.
He is indeed clever.

The story goes like this:

I bought the account from this guy for 90$ last week. After 3 days the account got locked. I tried to contact the guy on skype and on Sythe with no response for 24 hours. I decided to charge-back on paypal since I couldn't reach him + didn't manage to recover the account with the details he gave me. After a few hours he contacted me via paypal and skype saying I am a lier etc. He said someone else broke into the account and that he will try to recover it himself. After a few tries he "managed" to get his account bank he gave me the details again. I cancelled the paypal dispute and everything was just fine. Today, after 4 days, the account details were changed, e-mail changed back to his, everything. I tried to contact him on skype and he blocked me.

I called paypal and my credit card issuer to file another dispute and press charges on him, lucky me I got his IP adress.

first time account got locked - full conversation - all details he gave me were probably false since I didnt manage to recover the account but he managed on the first try. He pretended to recover the account but honestly he didnt. thats why I asked for pictures of the recovery mails. This guy was really smart I tell you that, he made me dispute once and cancel it since if you cancel your dispute once you cant dispute again. He waited for 4 days and boom, stole the account again.
