    + 0 original log in was banned for botting, dont think it matters if an acct is banned (sometimes)? is it certain offences that make the names so they don't release?

    also his cc name has been the same for ages, at some point he made it a public cc

    also when you look him up on OSB it says his hp is 1 and shows stats. Accounts like N that have not signed onto OSRS just say player not found.
