Autoformatting scam reports

A huge majority of scam reports are posted in the wrong format. Which wastes mods time by having to tell them to re-fill out the forum and delete the thread.
Instead, when clicking to create a thread on the report a scammer thread, it would direct you to something like this



When you've selected one of them and clicked submit, it would direct you to a thread with the report already pasted, just for you to fill out.

Example, if you selected Paypal Chargeback and clicked submit, it would automatically direct you to a thread like this, with the layout already inputted.




Would save a lot of time for the mods, and the person scammed.

 

This would be awesome.

 

Excellent idea. How easy is it to install something like this?

The suggestion has been approved before, but I don't know if it's been worked on at all.
