    Hey i guess im just paranoid but i want to know how safe is an account if you let someone on it do get fire cape they have no access to bank just a new pass that i make for just that guys log is my account safe from like them trying to recover my account with that old pass?

    Yeah its pretty safe, jagex won't give him an account just on having 1 pass (as it could have been hacked) - they'd need more info.

    As stated above, they can't change your password without access to your email.
    (if you are going to get someone to do your cape, make sure they are very trusted)
