Grump is a scammer

Explain the service:
35-60 mining, 21-53 fishing, 40-55 woodcutting, 40-53 thieving for 10.5m OSRS

I paid him 10.5m so he could start the service.
30 minutes later I decided to check if everything was fine, but he left the account with an empty bank (see below).

I contacted him via Skype again, and he said he transferred all the stuff to a different account in order to avoid being scammed (lol). So I asked him if he could put the stuff back on the account, which he said he would do. Yet 30 minutes later he hasn't put anything back on the account. In order to prevent more scams I put up this scam report.
