The evidence was probably inconsequential to them. If the virtual payment can't be tracked, you're pretty much toast. I'd call paypal and ask why the evidence you provided wasn't enough to get a better understanding.

 

Paypal doesn't offer much protection to sellers, you have to keep that in mind when accepting any kind of Paypal payment.

All you can do is provide the information, and hope for the best really. I've had mixed success with various methods, but sometimes you just can't win em'

 

PorchMonkey tried to charge me back $50. I didn't even make a statement and I still won the dispute, sometimes I don't understand how PayPal operates.

 

Yeah I've called them about disputed payments ect. and the people on the phone sound really weird.

Thanks for all the input, i have someone currently helping me at the moment. I have every bit of detail of the trade and I'll be phoning Paypal later today.

 

When there's a chargeback, I usually call paypal up and tell them what happened. In the end, I usually win the case or we both win meaning paypal paid me using their own money.

 

Does accepting from verified paypal members only combat these sorts of situations? But i guess overall that would shorten the market. Anyways bud getting into contact with a paypal manager would help as if you are a big seller then they can combat illegitimate chargebacks.
