He uses the same name/avatar on Powerbot but hasn't posted his skype publicly over there. He also mainly sells accounts just like over here.

He was banned for selling an account and recovering it. The report is still open, but only because there was someone else involved (he sold it, person who bought it then sold it and it was recovered, resulting in the person who bought it off Kregs having to refund the person he sold it to, which is why the report isn't open.)
