Client and website not working for me?

Is this the same for anybody else?

Really weird as the client stopped working mid botting and is not booting up again.

 

Same for me! Tried to re-log on tribot said error connecting to database

 

same half of rs is offline cuz of it lel

 

It seems really weird, hopefully this is just a malfunction and nothing serious.
Weird that the client is down tho.

 

You log in with your forum credentials, the forum credentials are (most likely) stored in the forums database, thus if the forums database goes down, you can't login on the client.

 

Biggest error I've ever seen.

 

That's just the source of the page, if you look at the bottom you see the actual error, 'error connecting to database' or some shit

 

Yeah I know, I just thought it's funny that it actually spread itself across mmy two screens.

SQL server is crashed from the ddos attack they had earlier. They just need to restart the service.

 

Idea of the motive behind why somebody would DDOS?

 

Butthurt users that got banned on rs or on tribot, competition etc.

 

I have no idea how this works but can I ask why the script would stop working if it is already running?

TriBot checks whether you haven't ran out of premium, if it can not check this it will assume you don't have premium anymore and terminate your session. (to prevent people from adding the links to firewalls and getting unlimited premium I guess).

 

Ok so if it is just a case of restarting the service then why hasn't it been done yet? it had been down for over four hours, no comments on the tribot facebook or twitter, would be nice to know what is going on considering this is a service we pay for

 

^^^ You cannot look at it that way.... You are paying for something against the rules.... If it goes down you cant really complain. Just be patient.

 

Technically even though it is against jagex's rules... You can still fight the fact you are paying for a service.


on the other note, Just play the game for some time, helps the account cool down anyhow.

Itll be back up sometime or another.

 

i cant play that many accounts legit at once....... and yes i can complain about a service i am paying for not being available.

If you have bought access to something that doesn't work you have a right to complain lol

Yeah still down >.>... Seems like something more is wrong then a "restart of the service" :L
