TwC rank removal dispute

Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC:
Well i got TwC for self-vouching,the story behind that stands is next:
My sister and I are passionate runescape player for now 07 players,but back at the day when tormented demons realeased,i did quest to her account:While guthix sleeps and since i had questing service thread in here sythe i told her could you register to this forums and write me aa vouch that i did quest for you,she said sure, no problem.Well the thing is that we SHARE SAME internet IP but we have different computers for gaming.After reciveing a ban about selfvouching i became knowledgeble that it WAS self vouching and i'm truly sorry about that.

Anything else you wish to say:
I will not do that again since im living now at my own and sister is at parets i will not ask her to vouch for me again, my point is it wasnt just blank vouch it was vouch for work and sadly that happened.Wont happen again.I swear on my life!
