Almih scammer report

First off, this transaction was almost a month ago. I didn't feel like reporting it until now because I figured he would get banned from someone else. Come to find out he's a certified Sythe user so here I go.
I was selling him Ikov gp for Paypal. His payments were coming straight from his bank to my Paypal, so it came as an "echeck". I was skeptical of this, but he seemed like a cool guy and showed me on Skype that he can't charge back. The next day I saw that all three transactions he did were cancelled, and I called Paypal. A representative told me that since he payed through ECheck Paypal has nothing to do with his money, and all he has to do is call the bank to cancel the order.
I have pictures he sent me reassuring me that he wasn't scamming me and that his payments were sent.

Picture he sent me via skype. Saying he paid. Also if you look at the date\time in the bottom right of his picture it matches the paypal date (4th picture)



Here he is sending me a gyazo of his $4 payment and me saying that it's sending as an ECheck

I've dealt with 20-50+ people making ikov transactions. None of which have gotten banned. He's lying to you.
Here is how our last conversation went. In the top paragraph on the first picture you see him say "He's not doing it intentionally", which is different from what he just told you






Clearly he made the Ikov staff shit up
