I believe it was unpaid GFX, but I can't find any thread related..

Victim is MoonGlare, I owe him 17$ and I have attempted to add him on Skype to repay me debt, he doesn't seem to accept my friends request or reply.. Happy to give the money to someone to hold in limbo..

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

Not going to beat around the bush, I ordered GFX and at the time I didn't have the money to pay for it, I lied to him and kept him in limbo for a long time and eventually it got old and I got banned. I didn't see the importance as it was a virtual good as such, but now looking back I know that it was stupid for me to waste his time like that. (Gfx was never used, however I did promise to pay for it)

but I am unable to contact the member in question to get him to say so, he was paid shortly after that thread. Don't know how I can go about getting him to back up my story however.

 

Is there proof in PM's? Skype Logs, anything?

 

I have looked through Skype and can't find anything, not sure about PMS.

Happy to pay a bond/amount owed to whoever until I can get to the bottom of proof
