ex-mod drento locked account

Hi so i bought a pure off Drento the ex-mod and it is for some odd reason locked at the moment. I do not think this is him trying to recover it as he seems to be a very nice person but, possibly just jagex making account buying harder. I was wondering if there is any possible help i can get to having this account unlocked.

i do not want to give out more pictures on skype if needed I have everything as well as a video of it all.

I've just gotten home - I've replied to his Skype messages. If a mod can merge this so I can reply and let you all know when this is resolved.

I'm just going to assume Jagex locked it because of the drastic IP change. Only thing I'm going to ask for is that he let me know what is on the account / location of the character, etc so I can verify he did not re-sell the account and have me recover it from them.

Edit - recovery attempt has been made. Should get an email from there at some point either accepting/denying. I'll provide proof if it's the latter. Shouldn't be a problem though as I'm the original owner.

 

if you could please check your email drento. the locked appeal was sucesfull for you. They sent you a way to change the password if you could please pm me that link or change it to a neutral password for me that would be great!

I haven't received an email. I think my provider is blocking it. I'm going to go about trying to email them to get it changed back to my original email on account (which is a hotmail) so at least I know it'll go there.

This has been resolved. The account has been recovered to original buyer (reporter, you can check with him if you'd like).
