Mousekeys for blackjacking?

I cannot seem to set them up since windows 10.

Can someone post a screenshot of what works for them like this:

 

Why not just use the osbuddy mousekeys?

My problem isn't getting mousekeys to work. I am having problems getting it to jump down perfectly to "knock-out" and "pickpocket".

 

ohhhhhhh, If it's a 3 option NPC i don't think mousekeys will work properly, instead use AHK (auto hot key)

When I last did it on my main, it worked perfectly. I got from 45-80 thieving no problem doing it. I just can't seem to get it to work now. This was a long time ago though.

 

I tried doing mousekeys on dropping salamanders for when doing hunter. Couldn't find a way nor figure out on my own a way to make it go to the third option on an NPC. If you ever figure it out let me know, would make doing hunter much easier for me!
