I saw your old post, it only counts if you were a moderator and you can make it up if you did it, but on a serious note I identified a fraudulent transaction at work because of the small punctuation people add to fraudulent emails. I believe you're referring to the use of a proxy on firefox, which is why I question it being called "browser-bound". If you are referring to another browser then so be it, but a proxy is a proxy, there is no such thing as being "browser bound", it is simply used with the browser.
