If you mean melee combat stats it would cost you 160M 07gp if you supply everything.

 

I could this for 120m if you supplied me with armour, range gear, prayer items, & even alch runes.

That really is a lot of time and money. Admires, you would have a better chance finding someone trusted selling a decent runescape account and finishing it off from where it's already at..

I would do this for you if you would consider me being able to use my original account that I already have pretty nicely leveled.

 

I have a policy of never buying Runescape accounts. Some of the most trusted people on this site have scammed so there is always a chance somebody will scam quit and recover. So far, I'm interested in quotes at the moment to gauge how expensive this will be.

I mean if you're serious, i highly doubt you're willing to spend anything over $2.000 on this.
Considering this is could take up to over a year to complete, you do understand the payment costs of this for the individual who is willing to take up this order?
More then like over $2.500 in electricity bills + the internet + food and such and such.
