User has been here around 2 days and already used a ton of IPs showing he's trying to hide something.
One IP match in specific is with a recently banned user Qbunq.
It may also worth be noting that while Nervous has used what seems like multiple VPN IPs in only a few days, this is the only match on Qbunq's audit.

When resolving Nervous' skype live:nervousman886 as seen on his profile here:

I received multiple IPs meaning he's used a number of IPs in a short period of time on Skype alone.

I decided to examine the one ending in .143 which appears to be where Qbunq and he share a match and got this:

It said suspected network sharing device which isn't what I usually see for a VPN or proxy IP address so I clicked on the link and received this information:

Which said it was not a proxy server.

So I googled the company it said was associated with the IP and received this information:

Where it only has two employees listed. I don't know if that's still accurate or if this is old, but it seems very unlikely that one employee at some incredibly small company in nowhereville Florida would create a profile on here after one of his coworkers had done so and been banned for scamming.

As you can see Qbunq also had been using hacked PP accounts to purchase RSGP which resulted in the sellers being charged back on:

A quick glance at Nervous' created threads show he is also interested in buying gold, and while he does occasionally seem to trade with other methods, he also tries to trade via PP, even specifying it in certain thread titles.
