I see a lot of lifters, but are there any cross country or track runners? If you do track, what events do you do? I do the 800, 1600, and 3200.

I did Cross Country over the summer going into my Senior year of High School. I don't really prefer running short distances, always been a long distance runner at my own pace. I haven't really ran in a while though because my ankle started hurting really badly when I would run. Personally I think it's because of the shoes I've been using that have just worn out over time.

Nice man. Yeah if you put too many miles on shoes it will definitely affect you physically. It's happened to me a few times.

I've been bodybuilding for a long time now but have recently taken up running casually. I'm getting my fucking arse kicked haha but it's motivation to improve.

Dont body builders tend to avoid running due to the fact that its proven to hurt gains ? Look at a marathon runner compared to a sprinter for example

I was a sprinter, set the record for my city in 100m in grade 8,9,10 then sort of retired for hockey.

I was an all-state runner in both cross country and track in high school. I run some now, there are a ton of trails & running routes here.

10.80s was my speed best time. I unofficially ran less with my trainer back in the day but not at a track event with nerves and what not.
