    Banned for scamming 200k 07, then ban evading
    I originally was banned on mitch1 for scamming 200k, I tried to rf the victim but never got a reply, im willing to rf the guy right now but I don't ever get a response. all im asking is for a pardon on one of my accounts or both

    i'm deeply apologetic and willing to refund.
