precautionary ban?

My Account "ChainWay" just got banned "precautionary"
Permanently.

Whats up with that?

 

When were you last on the account before you were banned?

 

This is the only way i know how to respond rn, since i can't make another account.

I don't know when i was last on the account but i didn't log onto sythe for a bit.
How is that a reason to permaban me?

The only thing i changed was upgrading to win 10..

 

You'll have to answer my question to the best of your recollection, I need as close to an exact date as I can get for the last time you were on your sythe account before it got banned

 

uuhm i'd say about 2 or 2 and a half weeks ago.

Thanks for disabling my acc then, cause that guy was definitely about to scam under my name!

 

Reset your sythe password using the registered email on your account and let me know when you've done that. I'll lift the ban after
