Which OSRS bot client is best for GoldFarmers? (Low-Resource Usage, ect)

I've only had the chance of trying out topbot, tribot, osbot, and simba.

What do you guys think from your experiences is the lowest-resource client, and which client do you think has the most features tailored toward GoldFarmer users?

Topbot seemed to get high CPU usage depending on the script used, but I didn't disable draw and lower fps (that helps alot when running multiples), haven't been on tribot in a while, and the osbot client seems to be hyper-detectable (didn't seem like the scripts were getting me banned).

Any info would be very appreciated, I'll share my findings on this thread as time goes on.

TopBot at 15-20 FPS and Disable Drawing enabled uses very little resources. On my i7-4790k I can run somewhere around 75 clients if I had the RAM for it since they use 1-2% each (3% on a script that requires much more CPU power than the average script). Right now RAM is limiting me; not CPU.

TopBot has all the tools you need to goldfarm. It has Remove All Traces and Proxy Support in order for accounts to not get linked. It has batch starting support so you can start an infinite amount of clients with a simple double click. It has IRC support for your mule and slaves to communicate easily. It has the possibility of running multiple scripts in order. It probably has everything you need and more. The community is mostly goldfarmers and there is a good reason for that. =)

 

Inubot, lower than 1%.

 

Topbot is SOOOO CPU hungry. Teach me how to use 1-2% on a 4790K

topbot used to be the best cpu wise until injectionq broken and the lazy admin fixed it by replacing reflection with injection(they both the same) ))) what a joke. used to run over 40 clients easy now i barely open 15. that screenshot above is true but months old when injection was working.

 

That screenshot is from a few days ago and using reflection. Nice try though. =)

 

ok the screenshot might be few days old i get it. but u should make a gif to see how to cpu jumps to 100% usage. i get 1% too for a few seconds...it fluctuates from 1 to 4% so on 33bots u will get a ton of spikes with 100% cpu. i can limit the bot to use only 1% so i can open 90bots but how the scripts will run then? at 30% proficiency. lets be real the CPU usage is much higher

It's not, I've had it below 1% with 50+ bots (every single of them below 1%) on a 4790K, it's the script that's causing CPU usage issues.

 

if ram is limiting you how much do you currently have in your rig?

 

I feel like the topbot guy is just boosting his own brand.

 

16GB. Each client will eventually reach 400MB so due to RAM I can only run 40 for a very long period of time (RAM slowly goes up over time).

I usually run way more and just reset them once or twice a day since it takes like 30 seconds due to quicklaunch.

 

Not really, topbot costs me more in time than it gives me in $. I just do it for fun though.

 

From personal experience both Tribot and topbot have been less resource hungry, with tribot providing a greater availability of scripts.

 

If you are goldfarming on large scale i think you should not use public scripts
