[SHIN]dispute update

Road_to_1m here

I was waiting for a definitive answer on how much money needed to be paid out to him. I offered to pay a mod the money several times, and then you told me I had an hour to pay him 44mil.

9 minutes later I was banned. Before given the chance to act on the verdict.

I am willing to pay the 44m to the user providing the ban is lifted.

Thanks,
Road.

Once you pay the user what is owed, you will be unbanned.

This is my original Dispute a Ban or TWC post

He looks to still be angry about the transaction. It is clear that he wants me to have a Trade With Caution rank. The reason I don't think that is needed is..

Up until 11:38 PM, Shin, Yaan Li and I were debating how much was owed. At 11:38, Shin decided that 44M was owed.

Once I read this, I prepared to pay the User. At 11:47 PM, 9 minutes after being told the amount owed, I was banned by Shin.

I think this happened because he got fed up with how much of his time he had to spend on our case. This is why I don't think I deserve a Trade With Caution. We will never have an issue again.

Sorry for the massive misunderstanding.
From here on out, I will be only doing trades from my official Skype.

Thanks,
Road.

I believe a TwC is in order given that you outright lied about the user being your partner in an attempt to get out of paying the victim, on top of the entire mess that this case was.

Here is you stating "not my partner" when he clearly was

I'll let Shin decide on this though

Shin and I are in agreement, unbanned with TwC
