Buying/Renting an OSRS Main Account

Hi People

I know im new to the forum but thats because i've never had to use a black market before. I am an established player on the main server and played Runescape since 2003 on my main account which is maxed out.

Combat and graphics have gone too far for my liking on main server so I am keen to get back into OSRS and hopefully relive my old PKing days. Unfortunately I am 24 now and work full time. I have not got the time to commit to leveling like I used to when I was a kid. All that being said, I am now looking to purchase a main for me to use. Below are the requirements for the account I am looking to buy:

Requirements
Attack - 95+
Strength - 99
Magic - 94+
Range - 90+
Slayer - 80+
95+ in either Fishing/Woodcutting/Mining/Fletching or Runecrafting.

Must have Ancients and completed Recipe of Disaster. Would be nice to have non tradeables such as Full Void, Fighter Torso and Firecape however that is not compulsary as I can do that myself. I am also not fussed about how much wealth the account has as I can use the skiller stats to make money to PK with. It would be nice for the account to have some form of wealth though.

I am offering real life money to make this purchase. I have a verified Paypal which is connected to my bank and real life details. I am also willing to do whatever else to make the seller comfortable including go first. That being said, you must have a suitable amount of vouches for me to even consider putting in an offer. You must also be an established forum user for me to consider buying. If a seller lives local to Essex, I am even willing to pay via cash however I would need to know your address (So I wouldnt risk trying to scam me if I know where you live )

In terms of renting. If anyone has an account that meets the requirements that they would allow me to rent then I would happily do so. I would do so for the cost of 10million OSRSGP a month which I would purchase at the end of every month. I would also replace anything I spend. I would mostly be skilling and pking so chances are i'd make the account more money and level up certain skills.

Meets almost every req you have except for 90 range+ (I have 86), has nice stats for moneymaking and a decent total lvl, also 90 slayer is really nice to have
195 QP with almost every "more important" quest done such as RFD, Lunars, Regicide, Roving elves, Kings ransom etc etc.

If you sell my whole bank you can probably get 1-2m cash from that but it's mostly junk. Also my RS3 Character has like 7.5m cash so you can probably swap that for around 1m OSRS gp

I would like to sell the account rather than rent it.
