I think you should learn that the mods shouldn't HAVE to move it for you, you should learn where to put it yourself.

Actually, this is wrong and correct place. Its just a mix. And, I feel AccountSeller, is pretty legit.

Just you find a good person... Make sure that they have some good vouch's/feedback and make sure that its not like there first post with some awesome account. Try to see the account ingame and ALWAYS use a middleman
