    Paypal Supporting Digital Items Transactions?

So I talked with Paypal today, because they have limited my account for the second time. But the thing is, she told me on the phone that Paypal has started supporting Digital Goods from the 1st July.

Found some quick info here on google: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/c...t/digital-goods/IntroducingExpressCheckoutDG/
I can't really find anything else related to this..

Anyone here got some more information about this?

I have read that they are only supporting digital goods as part of their buyer protection. According to their Terms of Service digital goods are still not covered under seller protection.

But if you find more information on this feel free to update us.

Paypal is getting really complex and hard to navigate through their site. I use Paypal often but it's just annoying the way they are going with it.

Can you clarify your question? Paypal does not, nor have they ever, limited Paypals for explicitly trading virtual goods. You're getting limited for something else - gift/personal payments, lack of verifiable information, etc.

The question is not about my limitation, it's because she made it sound like they support virtual goods transactions. Like if they chargeback and stuff? But I'm not sure exactly and that's why I'm asking if any of you know any changes this month?

Their risk management division has likely decided your chargeback ratio / reversal ratio was too high. Ask them to create a rolling reserve.
