Regarding my Ban

Last week I was in a clan named 'Swaplet' as a Captain Rank. My clan owner turned out to be a gambling addict and decided it was okay to scam people who are swapping with him. He scammed one person named 'Weeds' for 50m and kicked everyone from the clan. I had felt sorry for weeds and paid him 20m from the debt, out of my own kindness. However, he believes it's my responsibility to pay the full amount. Bare in mind, I was only a rank in the clan and had paid for that position. 'Weeds' had started to threaten to DDos me for 2 days straight and get me banned on sythe for something I hadn't done. That's the reason why my first sythe account got banned a few days ago. Yesterday I created this new Sythe account so I could have a fresh start, yet I've been banned again.
