why is gold 1.1/m-1.2/m? and do you believe it ever recovers

 

Bots are pretty bad atm from what I'm hearing plus some dupes and such have affected it. Also not as many people are playing as much. Prices probably won't get better, they'll just get worse unless some kind of magical update happens that increases the player base or economy reset lol.

 

Gold will always really go down in price since there are no real effective gold sinks, it may bounce if demand gets high, but its just the market, look at rs3 gp

 

You cant compare rs3 with osrs. If prices at this moment in osrs would be 0.3~ it really wont be worth playing as its a lot harder to get gold in osrs than rs3. So i dont think prices will go that low

 

The game will continue to progress and through that progression, develop more gold. I don't think it will rise to the point of where it once was.

 

Its not just about botting and all, its about how jmods have kind of stopped banning rwters. From what I know, many gold sellers have talked about how they haven't been banned in a month now, and if nobody is getting banned for rwt, a lot of gp is able to flow around a lot easier, along with increasing a supply, meaning the price would drop.

 

If they do start, they need to find fishys, and ban him. Pretty sure that'll make rates/prices increase.

 

The rate seems to be pretty bad atm, I wouldn't dump all your gold just yet, it may still rebound in price soon

 

I strongly believe that there is another dupe out (or the last dupe still has gold being sold) because of how quickly the price dropped

This makes me wonder if Mod Weath's banning has any affect on the prices.

 

With the prices so low I don't even have intentions to sell gold anymore
