    You can split it up like 1 muscle group each day or 2 muscles group a day. example:
    Monday - Back & triceps
    Tuesday - chest & biceps
    Wednesday - Legs & shoulders
    You could also have a day for bodyweight excercises and carido if you want too.

    This is great if you dont have a lot of days in the week to workout so you get done quickly because you've trained your whole body in 3 days nomsain and are flexible on the restdays so you can fit them in whenever you want. The downside imo is mixing legs & shoulders because you dont get to fully concentrate on both muscles.

    For biceps and triceps I usually do:
    21s - 3 sets (youtube this excercise if you dont know because its a killer)
    Superset bicep curls with ez bars with incline skull crushers using the ez bar - 3 sets of both
    Weighted dips 3 sets of 8
    And 1 set of tricep kickbacks to failure.
    And then you go home.

    Another favorite routine of mine is this one: Gives me a super good pump, dont do his 19 seconds breaks and stopclock thing just skip that.

    Or you can do a push\pull\legs split, some people believe this split is better for more power nomsain son

    If you add my skype 'dunworry2sythe' I could potentially give you some short pointers, but here is the basics I recommend:

    * Diet

    Work on your diet. Try to intake more calories. This doesn't mean start eating all the carbs you can find, but slowly start intaking more protein, more carbs, etc. Make sure its healthy carbs, whole grain carbs. Try:
    - Oatmeal
    - Breads
    - Quinoa
    - Brown Rice
    ... And plenty more

    * Working out

    Try searching around online. There are plenty of good and helpful videos on YouTube ranging from Buff Dudes to Athlean-X. They all give pieces of workouts, so you'll need to watch many videos and slowly piece together a routine that works for you. If you'd like, I can help you develop a very generic starting routine

    Both. If you do protein shakes, get one in within 30 mins of ending your work out, and eat a meal 30-60 mins after your shake. I personally can't eat RIGHT before I workout so I give myself 1-1.5 hrs.

    I was on a push/pull workout recently and I made some noticeable bulk in 2 weeks. I also ate some heavy meats and made oatmeal waffles every morning. I'll see if I can't find that routine I was using and post it back.
