Questions Regarding a User/Ban

So I was added by somebody on skype who was looking to purchase an Xbox live code off me. After asking him to send me a PM, he sends me a picture showing a ban notice (not perm) for blackhat activities. I looked up why he was banned and asked him some questions regarding the Amazon tactic he was pushing onto Sythe users. He says its about refunding and isn't illegal, which isn't really an issue to me if it's true, but the fact that he is targeting those who have purchased expensive items and he is "refund" scamming LEGALLY seems too good to be true.

I'm not going to trade with the user, and I didn't really ever intend to, I'm just curious what you guys think. I do not in any way want to try and report this guy to authorities or anybody above Sythe as it's not my problem, so any actions done on your own ARE NOT supported by me.

Well he is going to be unbanned as you can see its a temp ban. If we can prove it's illegal activity or intent to harm sythe user, shouldn't we do something about it?

I'm just not sure what to altogether tbh. I figured somebody would know whether or not its important. Because it might not be.

 

Seems extremely fishy to me. Looks like he is ripping off amazon more then the actual amazon account. Unless once he has the account he may be able to get details from the account and use them personal gain.

Either way, good call not doing business with him.
