Hi everyone, a new site is opening named www.rsgoldtime.com and is in need of a manager & several new workers.


This is a unique opportunity because we actually have 3 spots open.

Before I get into that however, I would like to say that this will be a professional looking & run site, it is being built
by none other then mike(Dialatic) and will be finished & operational in 3-5 days(which is when we will choose the manager & 2 workers)

Also, here are the following markets u will need to know or learn:
-Runescape 07 & Runescape Rs3
-Account buying and selling(07)
-Rsps Industry(Ikov, Daganoth,Os-rsps,etc)
-Gift card industry
-Cs:Go Industry
-LoL Boosting Industry(not required, will be taught)
-WoW Gold(Not required, can be taught)



Now the positions open are as follows, I will go into detail about each specific position:

Site Manager/Partnership position:

This position is not meant for new marketers, or even old ones, this spot is meant for someone who feels that they
could manage and run a gold site by themselves without outside interference or help.

This position will hold a 49% stake in the site(the other owner will retain a 51% majority however profits will be calculated
at 50/50 for ease).

Not many opportunity(if ever) come up like this, I am essentially giving someone who I think has potential a chance to log in one day and own half of a professional gold site.

I'l start with what will help your application/chances:

-Being a Older user of sythe.org
-Having a strong(stronger the better) level of trust in the community of sythe.org
-Being a higher tier donor of sythe.org
-Having previous experience in running a site(irl or online exp)
-Knowing & not requiring extensive training in the sites markets

Now here are some requirements:
-Must be a unbanned user of sythe.org
-Must be at least a 1 year old user of sythe.org
-Must be professional and be able to easily interact with customers & workers
-Must be able to actively manage workers,spreadsheets,sales, & any other responsibility
-Must be available for between 4-10 hours daily
-Must be able to work weekends & weekdays
-You MAY be under the age of 18, but you MAY NOT be under the age of 16
-You must be willing to split the costs of zopim & web hosting( a whopping $25 a month,1st month paid already)


Site manager/partner benefits:
-Flexible hours(you work your own hours)
-You manage & run the site
-You manage all workers
-50% of the sites profits go directly to you
-You obtain experience in running & managing your own gold company/site


Site Manager/Partner responsibility:
-Manage the Business paypal account, skrill, WU, 07 mules,rs3 mules,rsps mules,cs;go mules, etc.
-Train & Hire new workers(Not at first)
-Calculate and manage each workers sales & profits at the start of each new day(and your own)
-Manage the livechat & do sales/deliveries as needed(Remember you get 50% of the profit on these)
-Scout & obtain new & long term suppliers in all of our industry
-Have good mental math skills
-Never Lose your Temper

Now before I get to the application, some people are already probably wondering where does the workers pay come from?
That will be pulled out of the site managers/partners pocket & the site owners pocket(their wage will essentially be a 50/50 split)

Quick example:
Worker 1 is paid 30% of all sales
Worker 1 purchases 10m 07 for $10
Worker 1 sells 10m 07 for $15

Profit:$5x0.30=$1.50
Site owner gets $2.50
Site manager gets $2.50
So since the workers pay is $1.50, both the site owner and site manager cover his pay 50/50.

So the final result would be:

07 sold:10m
payment methodaypal,$15
cost:$10
profit:$5
Worker:$1.50
Site Owner:$1.75
Site Manager:$1.75

-Manage & run the livechat & support other workers if busy
-Manage and accurately record stock each day & sales(u don't record, u don't get paid)

-Be able to calculate #'s in your head quickly(quick mental math)
