Whats the value of a low level RSC vetern account?

Account is 10 combat, no quest done and most skills are 1.

some items on it are 150 super attack certs, 100 super str certs, 5k chaos and 50k fire runes.

 

There isn't a huge market for RSC accounts, but I know I would personally pay at least $20 for RSC access.

Typical RSC accounts that have world 1 and are low stats or possible decent chars for fatigue are worth up to 50$. I've seen accounts with flat 99's sell for 20$. The market's not big, the community is a bunch of hoarding dick wipes who sit around and stake all day and cry about ddosing. It's kinda pathetic in most cases.
