Terminology Defined:

You, Buyer, Purchaser = You

The Service, The Website, We, Us, Liam, Liamgoldman, RuneVIP, Rune VIP, Liam's Group = The owners and representatives of RuneVIP.

1. You must remove all items of wealth from your RS account before placing an order.
   
   
2. You should change your password after an order has been completed. The authenticator must be disabled for us to complete the service.
   
   
3. You must not attempt to log in to your account while we are processing the order. This can result in your account being locked. Don’t worry—just wait for us to confirm when the order has been finished. Then you can log back in safely.
   
   
4. If you purchase a members’ quest, your account must have membership. Your in-game account must also have all quest requirements completed, and you must prepare all required items—nothing else. We understand you may want to offer better equipment, but we politely refuse. Our workers are experienced with the specified items only. If you place an order with missing requirements, you must either obtain the remaining requirements before continuing or request for the order to be cancelled.
   
   
5. The website tracks basic user data and reserves the right to use fraud prevention plugins that may view your connection data, including but not limited to IP address, browser information, cookies, billing information, email address, and country of origin.
   
   
6. The only users authorized to PM you in relation to this service on Sythe.org are Liam and @Daisy.
   
   
7. RuneVIP.com is owned in full by Liam's Group. Liam reserves the right to transfer data from one site’s archive to another within Liam's Group for evidential purposes, if required. For example, if the purchaser places an order through liamsgoldmart.com for a RuneVIP.com service, Liam may archive the payment information and related live chat logs accordingly. The same applies if the order is made through PM or Discord tickets. In other words, any brand currently owned by Liam's Group will access the same back-end systems.
   
   
8. The service reserves the right to refuse business with any purchaser, for any reason, or for no reason at all.
   
   
9. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the service if they have any questions regarding these terms. Any questions should be asked before placing an order to ensure there is no misunderstanding.
   
   
10. Sales are final. Once an order has started, it typically cannot be refunded. If, for any reason, the buyer would like to cancel, they must make an effort to communicate with Liam to reach an agreement.
    
    
11. RuneVIP may outsource services to independent contractors, particularly workers based in China. These contractors are professional, trusted by Liam's Group, and overseen by @Daisy . We never outsource work to children. Liam is the owner and manager of the service and does not perform the work himself in most instances.
    
    
12. Liam's Group does not accept Ironman orders of any kind. There are simply too many risks, including human error. If a purchaser makes an order without notifying RuneVIP that their account is an Ironman, and any worker or representative of RuneVIP dies on the account, RuneVIP will not be held accountable. If RuneVIP recognizes an in-game account as an Ironman, the order will be immediately cancelled.
    
    
13. The Terms of Service on Discord servers owned and operated by Liam's Group are superseded by these terms. This will be communicated clearly to all customers.
