Could be a coincidence but I doubt it, if he's not on his home IP atm i'm sure he's sitting on a VPN/proxy. If he's actually someone else then my bad, but it seems pretty unlikely considering he's selling the same items as his last two profiles, BOTH of which were banned earlier today.
