Account with Botting Bans

Does an account with two Botting Bans that are expired lower the price of the account? I have a friend who is wondering if the price of his account is lowered because of the 2 Botting bans he got even though they're expired and the ban meter is at 0. Thanks!

 

Depends on your rank in the site honestly. I've seen high ranked and trusted people sell accounts for the same price as they would without a ban.
The two day ban just increases the chance of you getting permed as in IP Changes could sometimes insta-ban an account if they are flagged etc.

From what I can tell it does change the price slightly.

 

Yes, I believe it decreases the price. I've had a couple of accounts I've sold, where people didn't buy it because of the botting ban alone.

 

People are usually scared when purchasing an account with a ban on it, they feel as if there is going to be an unexpected delayed ban when they purchase the account, which may hold them back.

 

Yes it decreases the price for sure. Some people want an account to bot on and having previous botting bans will dissuade people.

 

Yes I would pay a much lower price for an account with botting blackmarks

 

I think it lowers the price by a tad but it also deals with rep/vouches.

 

I feel a ban in any case really would devalue the account of I buy a lower stat pure and train it for awhile at hand I don't feel it'll persuade people to buy it at a better price...
