    Quick question about partnerships

Ok lets say I had a irl friend who could authorise trades for me. As in he can answer Pms as me and do trades for me. Does that hold me liable if they scammed? Im not actually doing this but its just something that slipped my mind as I see others have users who can authorise trades instead of them.

Yeah, basically he works for you and you're responsible since you trust him to get people to pm him instead of you.

    Quick question about partnerships

If you have a partner/worker that scams, you're held responsible.

If you're working for someone and they scam, you aren't generally held responsible.
