Name Transfer

Just curious about transferring a runescape username from one account to a new one. Is the only way to do this the old way of changing the username twice then trying to get it on the new account? thanks guys

 

After changing a display name, there is a 7 day grace period after the 28 days are up in which the username will still be unavailable to others. This means after 35 days, if you decide not to revert back to the previous display name, it will be up for grabs. This is the safest way as you're able to calculate and pinpoint at what particular time the name will be available to grab on a different account.

The other method would be to change your name twice. This can be done with bonds.

 

Okay so I plan on doing this with bonds. So if I want to put an RS3 username on a OSRS account whats the process?

 

an account is one account. You can log into both servers, RS3 and OSRS, with a single login. No such thing as an OSRS account, it works on both servers.
