How many times have you quit

This evening I decided to quit RuneScape.
Later this evening I found myself training 07 slayer in noob gear :c

 

EXACT same thing happened to me yesterday, str ammy rune legs and scim for slayer lmao

 

I think ive quit at least 10-15 times and come back, its too addictive to stop playing...

 

Pretty much every 3 months lmao

 

It seems no 1 has fully quit

 

I quit afew years ago but I still sometimes go on it.. If that makes sense.

 

Haha I'm pretty sure majority of active sythe users still somewhat play rs- those who have actually quit aren't on here (well, some are, but yeah)

OT: Too many times to count . At the moment I'm only involved in the market, haven't played RS for a few weeks (xd wat an achievement #1)

 

I agree, unless u don't sell your account, your QUIT will never be permanent.. its like a magic spell !

 

I've quit many time aswell, but it is all good since quitting for a decent period of time makes it more enjoyable when you come back again.

 

I personally know a few people who sold accounts and were back half year later.Magic is real lol

Maybe it's nostalgia for me, I compared Runescape with other MMOs and realised no matter how good MMO is, at the end of the day I still want to play Runescape.I am specifically refering to Oldschool RS.

 

Old players like us will always have this inner addiction towards old RS... I guess since it represents good moments in our childhood whenever u remember it you get this nice feeling inside and u get the urge to play

I still remember when I used to PK with rune armor dds and a whip... also nothing compares to the love when dharoks first came out! shit i was hitting 60's on noobs and it felt like a Coke sniff!!! *sniff sniff*

 

I've been playing for 10 years (got the 10 year vet this May) and I've quit around 5-7 times.

 

Ive played for ~9 years and quit over 25 times

 

I would have to say 5-7 times. But I wouldn't call the quits because I've always come right back!

 

I've quit once and never went back. The point of no return was when I realized the time I was wasting that didn't benefit me much or at all.

 

When did you quit

 

Twice. The first time was because I had no access to the internet to play the game, and the second time was because I spent a couple of years playing private servers as I found them more enjoyable. Back then I wasn't into the grinding aspect and was able to get into pk'ing for a few years without needing to level stats for ages.

 

Ye private servers are very enjoyable if you dont like grinding and like pking

 

I never really quit RS, but I take breaks from it and play once in a while.

 

I have lost the count, I usually always come back on every holiday/ school break, excluding last year because I got into Wow
