need help

I was hacked last year and just last night I received my account back from a j mod. Upon viewing my account I seen I was muted so I went and checked too see for how long and I seen that I was permanently muted. It didn't show any evidence just "hijacking suspected" so I'm guessing they realize I was hacked? Is there any way to fix this or contact jagex to be able to prove It wasn't me on the account?

 

Contact Jagex support via twitter, explain you was hijacked and the hijacker caused the offence resulting in the permanent mute.

They'll check the evidence to the IP address used on the account at the time to determine if it was the hacker or yourself who caused the offence, if they come baack and say it was infact you who caused the offence i wouldn't bother arguing it as they'll have sufficient proof it was you due to logs.
