Looking for a certain script...please help

I see a lot of f2p's cutting Yews in Varrock, pretty much all of the time, and they all bank after each load and loop every time.

It must be a popular program, does anybody know which one?

and if it is a scar program or not?

Also, could someone please direct me to a script for scar that does this? cuts Yews northern of Varrock castle and then banks them when fully loaded
