    It only happens for this account. I have no idea wtf is wrong with it.

    Try making a custom interface and place everything however you want.

    Can also try loading a preset interface by pressing "esc" then "interface settings" then "open edit mode" lastly from the "presets" choose one of those that's not custom

    You can change the placement and size of your game window by pressing Esc, clicking Edit Mode, clicking 3d world editing, then rearranging the window to your liking.
