Xbox Live Acc Used for Xbox One

Selling my Xbox Live account since I sold my Xbox One I don't think I'll be getting a new one, and if I do buying new games won't hurt.
Games include: GTA 5, Rise: Son of Rome, Minecraft Xbox One Edition, Need for Speed Rivals, Fifa 14, Battlefield 4, Advanced Warfare

Looking to get $50. I am not sure if this is "cheap" to the point where you have to be cautious about it. But I will not go first and I clearly have no vouches so please have someone with vouches to middle man the transaction for us.
