Explanation: I sold him 7M 07. He then paid me for it. It all went smooth, he seemed like a genuine nice guy. He even left a vouch. To my disgust a few hours later i check my skype to see he is trying to charge back. Here is my proof.

A "hold" doesnt mean he charged back. Paypal does it for all sorts of reasons. Wait to see how it plays out with paypal and make a new report if it gets reversed and he wont fix it or it says he claims it as unauthorized.
