[OPENING][R2PLEASENT.COM] Hiring Customer Support Agent

We are a registered company in Canada. We're looking for someone in a country where wages are a bit lower.

 

If you registered the company in Canada and are paying your employees less than the minimum wage of your province of registration without any commission (i.e. a flat wage less than minimum wage) you can get in serious shit. I would advise you to read the laws and adjust your wages before anything bad happens to you. I believe the only way to bypass this is to add some commission or tips to the wage but I'm not sure if there's a minimum % you have to offer.

EDIT: It seems like this only applies to people living in Canada. You're required to pay at least the the minimum wage in country of the worker and to pay their income tax if they are outside of Canada.

 

This will all be set up legally. This is also a contract position, therefore the agent is responsible for their own taxes.

 

When will we know if someone was hired or not?..

Why would you be a great fit: I believe I would be a great fit for this position as I truly enjoy helping gold companies grow and expand as it is what I use myself for an income and would be exponential to work for a company that I sell to at least once a week. Although I am not a long time member on sythe I can fulfill the wanted qualifications to the best of my ability.
